In this wonderful adventure, you will cross the pearl of the Caucasus from east to west, from the ancient city of Telavi to Batumi located on the Black Sea coast. A land of endless wonders, unspoiled by modern tourism and still retaining its authentic character – Georgia. Once experienced, it will stay with you forever.

Experience level: Mainly trails with some technicals rides and difficulties.
Not suitable for first off-road experience.

DAY 1. Arrival in Tbilisi
You will be pick up at Tbilisi Airport to our base located 15 km from the airport. Overnight in the hotel***.
DAY 2. Telavi. Before we start our journey, we’ll have a Briefing and short warm up ride (2-3 hours). You will choose bike that you will ride for the next days and fit riding equipment if required. After that, our minibus will take you to Telavi.
DAY 3. Telavi - Tbilisi (180 km) Our journey starts from Telavi, the capital of the Eastern province of Kakheti, is home to several of the region’s world-famous wineries. We will drive to the Mountain range of Gombori which located on 1900m about of sea level with beautiful alpine meadows after that we will go to the down to David Gareja cave complex (6th century) located in a stark, semi-d landscape. You’ll enjoy its wonderful painted caves and dramatic views. During the tour we will stop for 1 h at small town Sagarejo for a lunch and refuel. Overnight in the hotel ***.
DAY 4. Tbilisi - Mtskheta (140 km) Today we will ride along the perfect MTB and hiking trail on our way to Mtskheta. Old capital of Georgia – Mtskheta is situated among Rocky Mountains and the Aragvi and Mtkvari rivers. On the way we’ll pass the fortress Azeula and beautiful alpine meadows and mountain lake Chili. During the tour we will stop for 1 h near the village Didgori for a lunch and refuel. Overnight in the hotel ***.
DAY 5. Mtskheta - Bakuriani (170 km) Driving in a forest road will bring you to the Didgori Battle Memorial which is above 1600 m from the sea level. From the memorial you can see Caucasus mountain range including Mt. Kazbeg in case of good visibility. Then we continue travel to Bakuriani, which is nestled in the shadows of the breathtaking Caucasus Mountains. You’ll enjoy the gently sloping paths in an extraordinary natural environment. During the tour we will stop for 1 h at small town Manglisi for a lunch and refuel. Overnight in the hotel ***.
DAY 6. Bakuriani – Akhaltsikhe (210 km) Today we’ll ride through the Trialeti mountain range and cross the Tskhratskaro Pass, which is a high mountain pass at an elevation of 2.471 m above the sea level. The pass offers sweeping views of the Borjomi - Bakuriani landscape and breathtaking views of the Greater Caucasus including the peaks of Mount Elbrus and the Tabatskuri Lake. From the wilderness we drive into the cave city of Vardzia and will stop for 1 h for a lunch and refuel. The road passes through narrow canyons and then veering south at along a particularly beautiful valley cutting like a green ribbon between arid, rocky hillsides. Overnight in the hotel ***
DAY 7. Akhaltsikhe - Batumi (160 km) we will pass the stunning rocky peak of Zekari pass and then we drive the gravel and scenic road to the summit of Goderdzi mountain Pass at 2.027 m altitude. We’ll ride in the midst of massive mountains, surrounded by coniferous and deciduous forests alike where green lake awaits us. During the tour we will stop for 1 h at small town Khulo for a lunch and refuel. Batumi one of the oldest seaport cites around the world and one of the most beautiful cities of Georgia, this is the reason why this places is called as a Pearl of Black sea. From long ride through Adjarian mountains and nearly no civilization places Batumi will surprise anyone with mix of modern architecture and 2 centuries old buildings. At the evening everything starts with one bear or glass of vine at seaside place. Overnight in the hotel ***
DAY 8. Batumi - Tbilisi You will be pick up the hotel in Batumi and transferred to Tbilisi and to airport (450 km) transfer will take 6h.
